A story of father passing the torch to son with maybe a glitch or two along the way. Sure, I could accept that the high caste may those superpowers but use them in secret, but they don't keep them a secret, yet yammer on about how those born with the powers are too dangerous and shouldn't be trained?Maybe I'm a snob, but I'm not surprised the two authors write for USA Today. She doesn’t ask for pity or sympathy, and she doesn’t apologize for laying out her soul. I'm looking forward to reading more from this author..
